1. What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues with materials or workmanship.
- Functional Failures: For example, the functional aspects of the Hitch Bracelet, such as the flint and steel mechanism, are included.
2. What Doesn’t the Warranty Cover?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches or tarnishing.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
3. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty repair or replacement:
- Contact us at contact@shopvarbridge.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item.
- Our team will assess your claim and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
4. Repair or Replacement
- If your claim is approved, we will repair your item free of charge.
- If a repair is not possible, we will replace the item with the same or a similar model.
5. Warranty Period
The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required to make a claim. Each purchase is eligible for one warranty claim only.
