Returns and Refund Policy

At Varbridge, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our jewellery and the satisfaction of our customers. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- All original packaging and documentation must be included.
- Bespoke, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at contact@shopvarbridge.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
3. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and placing a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@shopvarbridge.com. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or full refund.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Bespoke or engraved jewellery.
- Made-to-order pieces.
